Oil in Drivers Foot Well

I have a Citroen ZX TD (1995).
There is an oil slick (it is black engine oil)in my foot well and a strange hissing fom under the dashboard on the drivers side when the engine is on. I suspect that it is a servo problem but does the oil signify that there is also a vacuum pump problem ?
If it is the servo has anyone replaced it and if so where do I get one from as Andyspares do not seem to stock them.

It sound's like a non return valve is shot, if it's in the pump the only way to fix it might be to renew it, they are listed in the online shop from Andyspares by the way, does the hissing noise change when the pedal is pressed and are the brakes ok or have they gone heavy.
