I posted part of this below query on another thread and realised I should have started my own thread/topic, so sorry about that.
"GiveMeABreak" has kindly answered but I thought I would make an original thread and have realised would be useful to add more context.
So about my C4 Picasso:
I took the car to a garage who replaced the starter motor as this was the most obvious possible cause. When I want to start the engine, I depress the clutch and press the Start button and I dont get ignition. Sometimes (but not always) I get it going if I press the clutch very hard on the floor. I wonder if there could be a faulty sensor or loose connection in the clutch which doesnt tell the ignition system that the clutch pedal is depressed?
Any advice appreciated...
After that didnt solve it I took a pic of the diagnostic report. Here on my OneDrive:

The garage said I need a auto-electrician not a mechanic as the fault seems to be with the clutch communication to the ignition.
I called my local Citroen Dealership who said I would need to wait for 6 weeks for the next appointment to do diagnostics with them.
So I am at a loss for what to do to get a quicker solution.

Thank you for reading and sorry again for mixing up topics and threads!may be down to the Clutch itself / adjustment / wear
