Possible to upgrade?

So I've got a 2011 Citroën C5 hdi vtr+ Nav my question is simple ..is it possible to upgrade the car stereo and display screen to bring it upto date to use android in the car? .. my satnav is out of date and I'm having to use Google maps on my phone as it's more reliable. a new sd card with upgrade will cost about £100 and have to be imported . But I still can only take calls hands free . I'd like to be able to use my Spotify in the car and I like the sound of android car play. I know it's not an essential upgrade I'm just wondering if it's possible

Strangely, the fancier your existing head unit it, the less options you have for upgrading with aftermarket equipment...

The brand that make this one seem to get good reviews for their other models on youtube - look at "saabunleashed" channel for android head unit reviews: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001643915018.html but that unit's listing says it's only for vehicles with the old orange dot matrix display "poverty spec" stereo.

I like the look of this screen with it's ultrawide aspect ratio, but I suspect it's a freestanding screen that doesn't really integrate with car buttons etc: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005018961160.html

So, yeah, it is a bit of a minefield, but there are options.

EDIT: One more thing, any screen mounting frames that come with these head units will most likely be set up for a left hand drive vehicle, so will require a bit of plastic surgery to make them work with a right hand drive dashboard.

Did you get a chance to look over those options? What do you think? Are you going with one of those headunits or getting something different? The reason I ask is I'm contemplating overhauling our C5's stereo, so I'd be keen to swap notes on the options...
