RD45 Upgrade - What to buy?

to whomever it may concern,
I actually failed with the face panel transfer between my RD4 'MATINAL ANODIZZATO'
and the Czech made RD45, the plastic face plate has too many differences behind the buttons..

So while everything looks identical up front, the depth of the button stems, the location of the screws that hold it in place and some plastic alignment pegs are in the wrong positions..

for my particular units, I would have had to almost completely break everything behind on the back side of the face place, and rebuilt it somehow to match the RD45 button circuit board.

The other alternative is to paint the new RD45 black panel into the gray 'MATINAL ANODIZZATO'
but for now I'll just keep it black Radio against gray Fascia
