Multi function LCD stuck on Citroen welcome screen or asking for CD-Rom after battery disconnect
So I just got my new multi function light stalk replaced as the signal stalk was way too loose. I went through the instructions in Lexia to get the headlight stalk/steering angle sensor to mate with the car. Everything was great until I went to park my car for a few minutes and the center LCD screen now is stuck on the Citroen welcome street with the world ready on the bottom right corner. I then unhook the battery, and then the screen stated I need a CD-rom for the correct software. The request goes away when I press "ESC" on the radio. However, after shutting the engine off this all happens again. Does anyone here know how to fix this? Thanks.

Now there is a continuous beeping sound from the left speaker after the disconnect and reconnect the battery, while the screen would boot and ask me for the configuration CD Rom.

Have you attempted to update the firmware on the Navidrive system recently or changed any option in Lexia / Diagbox? That looks like it has not installed or updated properly. Also, disconnecting and connecting the battery repeatedly won't do it any good, unless you follow the BSI / Battery disconnection procedure each time. The Navidrive ECU may now be stuck in a loop as a result of the power being pulled in the middle of an update or configuration change.

What version of software was there before and what version have you tried to update it to? If you can, press and hold the MENU button to find out the version.

Neither my mechanic nor I tried to update anything on the sat nav. We did use Lexia to install the new head light stalk assembly, going through the instructions so that the ESP can work properly. I do the BSI reset procedure a few times already, but the beeping and asking for the CD Rom will not go away. I have taken a photo of the software version for you to look at. Thanks.

Ok, I have the firmware update to 6.63B 890 if you need this file - it's not too large (about 89Mb), but needs to be burned onto a CD-R at very low speed and finalised. Let me know if you want the configuration update. I used to have this system and that is the last firmware they released for this RT3 model.

That would be great! What method do you prefer for me to obtain it? Thanks you!

I've just called it a night now Alvin, but I'll send you a link tomorrow to the download on my file store.
The firmware you have from your photo (6.51) is not available online anywhere, but hopefully the latest firmware which is also the configuration CD will fix the issues.
