Hello all.....my name is Graham and I joined yesterday . This looks like a great site for french car
owners and there seems to be so much going on, compared to some other one-make clubs .
I own a citroen xsara 1.4lx on a 2003 plate in black ( and my 2nd xsara ) . I've had the car since 2013 and it
came with a full service history since 2007, 4 new tyres, new battery, new exhaust and new radiator and all
the bell-housing done . It also has just turned 70,000 on the clock and hasnt missed a beat and I've had nothing
go wrong with it. However there is an issue with the head gasget and I've had to have the car flushed twice since
I've had it, but it doesnt ever get over half way with the temperature and never over heats .....so I've been lucky .
I'me now going to have a full service....as its not had one since I've had the car . I'me gonna have the cam-belt done
( as there's nothing to say its been done ), also gonna have the water system flushed again and have the brake pads
done on the front .
