Hi Simon, have you beaten your problem child into submission whilst I've been away?Mandrake wrote: Glad to hear it
Sadly not Jim, although I have a very good idea of what the problem is, (lean mixture under load) just not precisely what is causing it. Will be posting an update in my thread today or tomorrow...CitroJim wrote:Hi Simon, have you beaten your problem child into submission whilst I've been away?Mandrake wrote: Glad to hear it

I've had a number (mine and various customers') {of router power adaptors} fail in the last 2-3 years. Mostly they just died, but a couple (one Linksys and now a Belkin) went 'soft' - when the router started working hard for its living, the AC adaptor couldn't supply the current, with the result that the connection would {get slower and slower and then} drop out.
You cannot leave it like that! Even if it is so bad we wish you did!CitroJim wrote: Reminds me of a terrible joke involving a baby polar bear, a cat and a couple of penguins..
One day I'll tell it James.. I need to find the picture to go with it to make it right...Hell Razor5543 wrote:You cannot leave it like that! Even if it is so bad we wish you did!CitroJim wrote: Reminds me of a terrible joke involving a baby polar bear, a cat and a couple of penguins..
It's coming round to my house where the score is currently rear caliper bolts 0, RW 12 Hopefully it won't blot my score sheet..... Actually it doesn't look too bad - there's not too much rust around at the back, and we were able to undo the 3 back plate bolts, and Simon has subsequently had the pipe union on the NS undone. Still, plenty of time for it all to go horribly wrong.....CitroJim wrote:Rear disks and calipers are a shocker I wish you all the very best of luck with those. Read the tips on here and you'll be OK...
