Hi Feee

I'm pretty sure I've got a pair of ZX remotes (that were working 5 years ago.... ) and the matching receiver computer (unless I chucked that a few weeks ago) - I'll check. If I've still got them you're welcome to them for the cost of the postage

Found them....but..... looking on service.citroen it appears the transmitter might be paired with the receiver in the roof (which I didn't save) rather than the CL computer which I did save  Nonetheless, they're not heavy, and I am happy to post them to you if you want them to try - one of the remotes still lights up!! No idea if you can code the transmitter to the car as you can with a Mk1 Xantia.

#-o
Well... Forgot password to log in so not been able to get on for several months! #-o
Also had trouble with Internet connection. :x
Thanks for offer of help with remote... unfortunately... :x
Had momentary lapse of concentration... and killed my ZX off, well 'Beyond economical repair'
I believe is the phrase...  ](*,)
So went out and got another one! :-D Dare I say even better than my first one!
Last one had for 3 and half years sort of blue/green, park next to green car looked blue,
park next to blue car looked green! If you get what I'm saying!
This other one is labelled as BEIGE [-X BUT it just looks pale gold thank goodness!
Slightly lower spec: No sunroof, colour coded bumper/wing mirrors, front fog lights etc. BUT it has got a working radio!!! LOL AND a years MOT AND 3000 less miles!
Result... happy and looking forward to more years in my 'new 16 year old' ZX!!! :-D 8-)
What I don't get is having to change insurance half way through term means £25 for a 2 minute job whilst I watched him print the certificate and although identical car £156 a year more insurance EVEN though have maximum no claims PROTECTED??? Doesn't seem any point in protecting it if their just going to rip you off anyway...?
