Thanks David but I think we're sorted - XMCentral has offered to lend a hand.

Thanks again though.

Are you going to Wetherby Franklin?

Just noticed that you've got a set of XM Exclusive alloys on eBay.

Not planning to David - we never go as it's a bit "north" for us just for the day. Used to all of the shows being local to us around here!

That's a shame. Would of been tempted if you'd of been coming North.

I've got a set of four 'Monte Carlo' alloys with tyres for sale. The wheels that were on my XM needed a refurb, but I found a set on ebay that were in much better condition. I had the nearly new Michelin tyres swapped onto the new rims and the tyres off the new rims put loosely onto the old rims. If that makes sense. As I've said they could do with a refurb due to corrosion, the tyres are Michelin Pilots with a decent amount of tread left, at a guess I'd say 4-5mm. I'll be going to Wetherby. If you're interested I'll bring them along. Cheers, Mark.

Sorry you can't make it Jim, I hope your ok. I'm not sure what will we do without your lucky umbrella!

I should be there tomorrow but the weather is sounding somewhere between dull drizzle and lightening storms. I'll be in the HDi Xantia tomorrow I think, probably get there mid day after I've given it a wash ... if its fine!

I'll be along in the Activa on Sunday I think

Was going to come to Wetherby and had everything ready last night. Looked for webcams that would show the weather but the racecourse one is down.
Torrential rain here, looked at the Leeds and York cams and the same there.
Looked out and my car is gone

My son was late going to work and stayed until 11. Just ran him home and there is lots of flooding. Having an hydraulic Citroen helped there and produced some rather startled looks from the Eurobox drivers :)

I'll be there tomorrow in the c3....hey quit laughing.at least it works!!

Lol during the last floods we had our old xantia on the road, and yes the faces on other car drivers are pricelsss

Shame you're not coming jim- guess ill see you at the national?

I look forward to having a good look at the activa then. As an aside I think i mentioned to you at the icccr that id seen a silver one around here (as at first i thought they were the same car). I havent seen that particular car for about 18 months now...used to see it once every few months. Shame Also gone are the two other sinker xantias in our area leaving just ours a 1.8 petrol. I have seen 3 xms and 2 c6s this months though!

see (most of) you all there

Looks like ill be there 2 moro in the ZX for the second time - was last there 2 years back in the XM i bought off Chris and that was my last Citroen before the ZX (dont think the missus was that impressed and we left after half an hour so will be there on my own) weather looks as if it will be OK which is more than can be said for what we had up here today (Torrential )

A Great weekend!

Yes, yesterday was very wet. On my journey there I encountered a large traffic jam on a minor road due to a flood. People in ordinary cars were turning back and casuing havoc. I put my Xantia into high and slowly went through with no problems.

Today was excellent, a great attendance of some very nice cars, brilliant weather and great people. A very enjoyable day and I have this sunburn as a reminder

Ah, our conversation makes more sense after seeing this  I very rarely see any Xantias around here, which is a real shame but I have to say, I quite like driving something I dont see round every other corner. I use to have a silver Peugeot 206 as my daily hack, do you know, every other person has a silver 206!

If I see you at the National, I'll give you a run out in the Activa :)
