Where You All From ?

A forum for new members to introduce themselves to the rabble already onboard. Not compulsory!
Tell us a little about yourself, lie if you have to but keep it to just an introduction, not a car discussion.

Where You All From ?

Post by Timmy69 »

Hi
Just a thought,i used to have a Vauxhall Astra before i got my Xantia, and was a member of a forum which had a place where you put your Location.(not actual address) and guys that lived near each other could help each other out.It might not kick off on here but i thought it was a good idea.

I will start

It does seem a nice group of lads i agree, but when there are meetings and rallies etc,on the last forum they did a register like thing and tried to spread the events out evenly so people who wanted to attend didn't have to travel hundreds of miles to get there.
Just an idea so all can benefit from this forum, and meet fellow Citroen owners.

I all from not far from you, Timmy. Place called Liversedge, not to be confused with liver sausage.

Your idea is a good 'un.
Another thing on another forum is a section we have known as "FCS" = Forum Courier Service; it is where we can post something that needs to go from A to B, where sometimes "A" might be at Lands' End and "B" at John O'Groats.

Never seen that before, TMan. Here's the link, and if it's still alive, count me in.

I've not thought about hundreds of things, but thought I was chatting to someone from Preston on Sunday, maybe about the cct diagram of a D-Jetronic injection system for a DS? It might be you, but there again I have a forgettory instead of a memory!
