Hi from Ireland

Post by Irish_C5 »

Hi folks,
I've just imported a 2006 C5 VTX+ estate with 72000 miles from the UK and am hopeful that all will go well with the post-purchase inspection I will be getting from my mechanic.

This is my first Citroen and am moving from a 2000 Peugeot 406 saloon which I have owned for the past 6 years and I put almost 100,000 miles on it in that time with very few problems to speak of.

Fingers crossed...

It's the 1.6 HDi, and has noticeably less oomph than the Peugeot, but it's just a matter of getting used to it.
