Well a really good day was had, and once the fog lifted the weather was glorious. Good to see everyone again after the winter break and it was a good turnout of Citroens and a healthy 8 cars on our convoy from Huntingdon too. Funnily enough the Morgan Owners Club and Triumph Owners Club also had a day out to the museum, so the car park was rather full...
I believe that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and loved the museum (it really is excellent!). After two or three hours leisurely wandering around the museum (it's big) some people drifted off to the local pubs while others stayed for a good chat - there was a large percentage of Visa-owners at the end...
There was a good range of cars including BX, XM, Xantia, GSA, DS and C5. The most common was the XMs, again...
Below are some photos - I didn't take many of the museum itself as I've been before - but it was a good Citroen Turnout as you can see...
So the next meeting of the East Midlands Group is actually the X Rally - this certainly promised to be a very good event. Only 3 weeks time...

That looks like a very good turnout and weather too. I do like the look of some of those XMs

No worries Jim - there were a couple of 'regulars' missing today including yourself and Tim however there was still a good turnout!

Liked this Franklin - Some creative imagination applied there, simple but effective.
Love the green GS, looks immaculate!

Thanks Steve. I wanted a picture of just the Citroens (as there was an 'uge great lorry behind) but everyone was standing in the middle. Came out alright though...
Indeed it was very nice - a Pallas C Matic too. Belongs to a member on here...
