Hmmm buy a bottle and see what it says on the lable (let us know), if it were non Citroen stuff like Bluecol I'd say 50/50.
Calling Jon Wood, A/S sell it so do you know what the required dose is please.

22% would give you protection down to about minus 15 degrees C and wouldn't crack anything before minus 20 (thats if its Ethylene Glycol based).
Of interest, the maximum percentage of glycol for frost protection is 45%, after that there is no increase in frost protection (equates to about minus 40 C)(again, ethylene glycol).

Hello Hello
Due to day drinking Guinness and Pimms at Southampton Boat show yesterday (don't ask) did not do any replies on this forum.
Anyway, 3 to 3.5 bottles of Citroen genuine Antigel is what we specisfy for a ZX or a Xantia to give the correct protection down to the lowest temperatures we are likely to experience in the UK.
Out of interest many people I know don't use tap water mixed with the antigel, especially if you live in a hard water area. A few cheap large bottles of spring water/mineral water are not riddled with chalk and flouride.
The Citroen antigel (Procur 3000) does contain special additives and protectives, but I get extra peace of mind with £4 of soft mineral water in my cooling system with my Citroen antigel!!!!

Remember that it is not the air temperature that is so crucial it is windchill! ie the effect of the cold air moving through the radiator when the car is moving. Hence you should use the 50/50 dose recommended earlier. Also use a quality product with the right inhibitors and soft water if possible. I change mine every 3 years and have had no problems with the heater matrix or radiator.

You know it makes sense! (?)
Seriously, I have advocated the genuine Cit antigel and spring water route for many years, maybe thats why I'm someone who has yet to have the pleasure of changing a ZX or Xantia matrix.
The way that I look at it is that that the water in my house is chalky and hard, and I have a water softener, and still have to add loads of salt to my dishwasher, yet people would happily pour that water into their radiator, not me.
Out of interest (and in a previous topic) we covered the premature failure of Valeo (OE) heater matrixes. Valeo are now sending out a factsheet with all new matrixes stating that the cooling system should be flushed with Forte cooling system flush, then the system refiiled with Citroen genuine anti gel mixed with Forte "cooling system conditioner" whatever that is. Fine, but if you buy the same (Valeo) matrix from your friendly local dealar, they will not tell you this or give you the factsheet.
This is a bit of a bee in my bonet at the moment. Like, if the original matrix lasts 140k m, then its replacement does 10k m, then anyone would be a bit pissed off.
Any comments welcome on this one.

Wind chill only applies if you have a WET surface and I hope you have all of your cooling liquid INSIDE the radiator!
