n00b - hi all

A forum for new members to introduce themselves to the rabble already onboard. Not compulsory!
Tell us a little about yourself, lie if you have to but keep it to just an introduction, not a car discussion.

The ‘check control’ says what fault you have when there is one. Image
I've blanked off the EGR valve weeks ago, so at start-up the display says ‘anti-pollution fault’ and it also says so when checking control.

"TFM" is not very good, I tell you - because it's telling me that it should display ALL the fault/alert messages, like a self check system when you press it. That doesn't work on me.

No, just be aware of her foibles  She is French after all....

The reason for this behaviour is detailed here

Ok, I've gone over the Citroen forum (all 450+ pages of it!) over the past week - I narrowed down about 100 threads that may be useful with problems I have (and may happen eventually).

One thing I noticed, the thread titles are not necessarily descriptive enough (well, I guess not many people go through the entire forum!).

Anyway, this is just a heads-up for you experts out there that there will be a few threads coming from me shortly =).
cheers,

That's because we all tend to go off-topic in many threads and the subject matter drifts about a bit. Entirely normal for this forum but no worries, the admins and many long-standing members have a good memory of what threads contain what..

Looking forward to your threads!!
