Crikey Paul, married life didn't take long to have an effect, I've got the opposite problem of Dawn not wanting me to sell any of mine even though I want to

Good news there Jim, sometimes in life you need to move on and sell car's that you never thought you would just to clear the decks and start afresh with a new challenge, which you've already got with your XM

Well I've managed to sort out all of the pictures but there's still a good load of them!

I'll start off with pictures from the Friday.

The fish and chip van arrived and lot's of people enjoyed it too. They don't half do a cracking fish supper. Pictured are two Xantias; Jim's Activa and Chris570 and I's old V6.

It was a good event, nice to see you all too.
I think Jim enjoyed his Activa testing sessions judging by the state of my clutch on the two car convoy home, 70 was difficult to maintain on any sort of gradient

all in it was a good weekend the highlights being the convoy race and Roberts pickled egg/drink/cigar orientated entertainment

It certainly was a great weekend :D

Franklin, some really great pictures there :D

I have only just recovered.. Busy day yesterday, came home totally exhausted, as I was Sunday as well, and just flopped into bed....

Dean, I'm sorry about your clutch, it only slipped once....

Guess I'd better come over to the IoW one weekend and help you swap it.... I feel guilty now...

It was a brilliant experience driving your Activa though :D :D :D Goes like a scalded cat!!!

I doubt very much Jim will be modding his Activa very soon, although just a boost controller makes a huge difference, its the first thing i would do if i got another.

I've been banging on about MBC's for years, problem is he never trusted my driving enough to experience my old S2 :) I did switch to an EBC on that one of course but the MBC was quite 'raw' in how it worked, which i liked.

OK. OK. I confess to having driven a number of Activas fitted with an MBC and I'm convinced of their merit :D :D :D

I will fit one to mine but only so long as no pipework needs to be cut and I can return it to original if need be....

I believe this is possible...

And, I know I say a lot of things and have certain views but I'm always open to having those changed if the argument is good. In the case of MBCs I have been.

Old V6. I repeat it's been sold to a very old friend and it stays in the family so to speak. I would not have sold it to just anybody...
