O2 investigations and forum issues

Post by Xaccers »

Just had a phone call from O2 boardband support asking if I can connect up the router that came with their service to investigate why some O2 customers can't access the site.
How's that for customer service? I've always been impressed with O2's tech support.

So, I've now got to find the original router, get it configured and connected up so they can run their tests.
This should be done over the weekend, most likely Sunday as I'm having a wisdom tooth out tomorrow so will be in no fit state.
There will be some disruption while I switch routers, but I'll post before I do anything.

There will be a minor outage at 9pm when I swap routers with the O2 one which I finally found.
