greetings from Oz

A forum for new members to introduce themselves to the rabble already onboard. Not compulsory!
Tell us a little about yourself, lie if you have to but keep it to just an introduction, not a car discussion.

greetings from Oz

Post by BenBro »

Have been looking at this forum for a while and thought it's time I'd join in. Have already used some of the info avaiable to try to solve the dreaded heater blower problems. Have had a number of Citroens over the last 30 odd years starting with a GS1220 and from there GS 1015, DS23 HYD EFI, CX2400 Cmatics x 2, BX 19 estate, Xasra and the current cars - Xantia 1.9 TD (my first new cit), C5 HDI and another Xantia (2.0 16V that I couln't pass up for $150 - and now causing me a little grief ), plus a smattering of Pugs, and old Benz 220SEB and little Japanes cars. There is an obvious wealth of knowledge out there that you just can't find in the Haynes manual (SURPRISE SURPRISE). I have also found this in the BevelHeads (ducati) forum. I hope to be able to draw on your experiences and also try to return some in kind. I'll post my query about Xantia electrics shortly - my local sources of info are perplexed!!!! Cheers
