clio and the missing pipe !

I have a renault clio 1.4 rt 1994 spi , when I took the air box off i noticed that there seemed to be a pipe missing from the top of the engine, the place where the pipe should be is on the right side of the engine block at the back there is a small pipe next to where the other one should be connected . if you don't know what the hell im going on about email me ill sens you a picture of my engine. thanks
