Renault GTA - Rear Brake Caliper

Does any one happen to know of a good company to contact for rear brake calipers for a Renault GTA ?
It seems most Motor Factors believe this car to be too specialised to have parts available, yet I cant believe this caliper is not shared by any other vehicle on the road.
Any help much appreciated.
