renault 5, 1.7 engine mods??

can anyone put me intouch with a company that supply engine mods for the 1.7? realy i`m looking for an exhaust manifold so i can turbo my r5 monaco without giving prima 2k! thanks steve

Easily done. Volvo turbo'd the 1721cc engine for some its 440, 460 and 480 models. A trip to the breakers should get you all the bits you need, or a complete engine to transplant.

not easy done! i have a volvo 440 turbo, but to convert from injection to carb, the inlet manifold fouls the exhaust manifold

The conversion I saw used the injection system for that reason.
