Scenic I, Access to Washer Pump reservoir - effort?

Hi!

Anybody able to tell what one needs to to to get access to washer reservoir? Completely invisible from the outside.
I would need to exchange pump/selector valve assy which is dodgy.
I suppose it is wheel off and arch cover off or so.
I have some useless picture from some manual which shows it clearly but that is of course with the rest of the car removed

That is the usual way with most cars now. Heat the clips with a gun and use the proper plastic two pronged tool so that the heads don't break off the stud clips.
