clio windscreen wipers, wont park.

Just an annoying problem, the front windscreen wipers wont park when you turn them off, they stop is the position they are at, at the time when you cancel the stalk.

My brother in law had the same thing on a Alfa Romeo GTV.We located the wiper motor,gave it all a good spray with wd40,then they worked as normal.I would try that first as it`s easy & cheap.
Could also be that the wiper stalk is a bit dodgey.

I'm pretty sure the parking is on a different fuse from the wiping, might be worth checking the fusebox.

Thanks for the help, it was the fuse, it sorted out the parking, the intermittent setting and the washers. excellent cheers.
