I couldn't see a steering wheel control connection on those Kenwoods - unless it's via bluetooth, or a connection on the multiway socket.
Best to check the manufacturer's own website for the full spec and details, whichever brand you go for.

No the steering wheel control adapter specifically is separate. They eBay one clearly says an extra adapter is needed (in blue text) for steering wheel controls. The Amazon one won’t have any of the harnesses or adapters, Head Unit only.

I had also some problems to get steering wheel controls working with Kenwood HU. If I remember correctly, first I tried Kenwood´s own adapter that didn´t work at all, then after that it was InCarTec or similar adapter that worked partly, and after I sent it to manufacturer for reprogramming, it worked fine.

That Pioneer bundle Marc linked earlier is a real bargain with all those features (dsp with time alignment, proper eq, dab, bluetooth streaming and so on). If it has got also green illumination, I wouldn´t hesitate a second to order one for Xantia. :D
