306 rear wiper rely - where is it?

Hi All
Can anyone tell me where it is located?
Is it under the steering wheel? and if so
which one?

well for anyone interested I found it!
Located in the tail gate. It had got wet (rust on it) and
shorted out. A common fault I'm told.
Now to find the water leak..............
