Hi I'm new here - lots of useful stuff on this forum but I have a question. I've just bought a 1999 306 1.6 meridian - it has the Clarion tape deck but no CD changer. I see there are a number of changers on Ebay (from 406's) - will I be able to use one of those in my car? Also, this will sound very dim but I can't tell if I have an immobiliser or not - were all 306's fitted with one in the factory by this time ?
Any help much appreciated,
Cheers

Don't know about the cd player, I would seek advice of a main dealer, later 406's are multiplexed if I'm no mistaken, I doubt a 306 would be at that age so there could be some difficulties.
There will be an immobiliser and it will be disarmed by a transponder in your ignition key, so you wont know its there, unles it goes wrong that is[:D]
