Hi, I have just done a conversion from a diesel to a turbo diesel. I got the car up and running and it was going great until the head gasket blew!! Anyway early indications lead me to believe the head has warped or cracked and I am now just losing all compression into the coolant.
I need to know 2 things. Is the cylinder head on the n/a derv the same as the TD lump?
Is there anywhere I can get an uprated head gasket as the car is running increased boost and fuel so would like to prevent rather than cure again if possible. Although I doubt the extra boost caused the problem, think it was either an air lock or just had enough of existing!!
