Uprated fuel pump

Post by Greg1990 »

Hi everyone..does any of you know of a direct fit uprated fuel pump for the 2007 2.0d engine that was also used in Volvos,Fords and Citroen’s?....I have a Volvo S40 2.0d SE Sport.Ive done a few mods ie..hybrid turbo,Nissan skyline GTR intercooler, stainless exhaust and K&N filter..I’m getting 200BHP but the stock fuel pump is running out of fuel above 4000RPM stopping us from making more,my mapper was expecting around 230/240BHP?..Any tuning advice for this engine would be greatly appreciated...Regards..Greg..

You're talking about the common rail high pressure pump?
