Haynes manual refers to a couple of removal tools.
They are like flat strips of metal 15mm wide with a 7x6mm hole 6mm from end. It appears they are pushed between radio bottom and facia and locate in the radio bottom at the same time as releasing a couple of clips.
Then using these strips, you SHOULD be able to pull and release the radio.
The book also states they MAY be with vehicle docs in glovebox (hmm, useful for thieves!). So if you see any metal strips as described, you may be on your way.
But then again everythings SO simple from a book!
Don't forget your code! Good luck!
