Hi all.
Newbie here! Hi!
So my 307cc 2.0 auto has the AL4 box in it. I replaced the pressure regulator solenoid because pressure was too low and it lost drive.
All good!
However now the car jerks hard when you put it in any drive mode from P or N.
I.e when the gearbox engages it engages HARD.
my gearbox oil pressure is saying 7.4 bar which is too high.
My question is are the two related (my thoughts are they must be right?)
How do i fix it?
Thanks so much!

Welcome!
I'm pretty sure that if you replace the solenoids with the revised version, then you need to update the firmware in the ECU otherwise they don't play nicely. If you've not done this, then it's probably the place to start...

Good shout! Is there a software version i should look for? The solenoids i swapped had the same part codes - is it possible they run at different hz ranges?
Thanks !
