Hello,
I would like to ask what is this at the photo below... is it carburetor??the car is a 11/10/1993. (dd/mm/yyyy) 306 with engine code KDX10FS5Q1396536...

I am not familiar with that engine, but it looks to me like a pcv (crank case ventilation) valve.

Single point injector.

I was able to remove the question mark after realising I could zoom in and get better resolution.
There should be a pancake air filter fitted on top IIRC.

Spot on Mike, It was a large unit with just one injector.
Most Peugeot people called it mono injection.

Left or right of this( I can't remember) there is a same case which is the air filter case...if it helps...except if it is sure that it is the injector...
Someone told me that the car has carburetor...but i doubt

It is definitely an injector. Mono injected Peugeot`s were not around for long. As it was a single unit in the middle of the inlet manifold a lot of people thought it was a new type of carburetor.

Thank you very much!!! So I learnt that my car hasn't carburetor!!! :P
Also i would like to ask what oil does the manufacturer suggest...for TU3MC with engine code kdx.

I think any 5w-40 semi synthetic will do the job.
