Peugeot Boxer '98 2.5D fuel leak

Hi, I've just come across this site while searching for a clue. Could anyone help me please identifying a part that leaks the fuel? I attached a picture. The blue circle shows the place of the leakage and the red is the part I am curious about. Thank you very much!

That part is the diesel fuel preheater. Fuel passes through a cast labyrinth inside it, and is heated by the part being in contact with engine coolant.
The part has been known to go porous after many years of duty, and can leak, sometimes from the tubes and a blanking stopper which connect it. The unit usually fails by allowing air to be sucked in (the fuel line is under suction), which can cause difficulty starting (air in fuel). With the engine is switched off, the suction (from the injector pump) stops, and fuel can weep out.
Unless in extremely cold climate, the unit can simply be bypassed (the two fuel pipes joined together), leaving the unit in place, but out of circuit.
