So it was the DPF in then end. Got it programmed out of the brain and she hasn't had any issues since

Presumably you had the DPF gutted as well (or at least drilled through) as this would still be problem otherwise.
I hope that you haven't had the DPF physically removed as it will be an MOT fail if it's not present visually.
And then there's the moral and social aspect about bypassing an environmental protection device. I'm sure that quite a few people here will let you know their opinions on that!

I have a 305 van and after hitting a bloody pothole I've got a problem with the front nearside wheel assembly. Under breaking I get a terrible vibration. I swapped the wheel. No difference. Swapped the disc. No difference. New flange, ooer. No difference. I don't know what else it can be. Any ideas welcome ,as its pissing me right off.
