Yes.
look below the text box, there are a couple of tabs. "Options" and "Attachment" Click the "Attachments" tab and the "Add Files"
Select an image then when it appears below the "Add Files" button select "Place Inline"

Note that some have experienced some rather odd behaviour recently. Personally it has been OK for me.

just a helpful update having scanned my Headlamp Beam Adaptor info to work out how they'll work on the new lights, an upload of the diagram here for anyone else that can use it.

I note from a quick scan of google images that, perhaps unsurprisingly, there's not much coming up regarding the older style Line Pattern Headlights

I've got the original beam adaptors that I purchased years ago and I'll be making duplicate ones from insulation tape.
