As your 'vehicle' in your profile says : 306dts 206 petrol
But I can't give you an answer from that as it would vary if its the 306 on if its an XUD/DW8/DW10 (HDi) and the 206 it could be TUJ2/TUJ4 (16v) as well as the XU ranges of petrol engines...
Most 'cam' ones are a simple torque setting, crank (I know you said cam) tend to be one or two stage with or without angle tightening.
