BSI programming

I believe the BSI wants programming on my Brothers 206 1.4d van. We accidentally crossed over a couple of radio cables. van will turn over fine but won't fire. Wipers or lights don't work. Checked all fuses found a blown 20amp fuse under steering wheel, replaced it, same problem.
Heard someone mention something about a fuse number 24?!?! Ring a bell anyone??

Already know of the thread with the map of people with Lexus/pp2000, but can't find anyone in my area apart from davetherave, which he hasn't got back to me yet.

Just geneally want to know if anyone around the Norwich area, or know of anyone, with the pp2000 kit.

Ps. Already tried the reboot procedure about 10 times but not Capable of whole procedure due to key fob has no button on it to lock and unlock doors.
