The 307 1.6HDI 110 I had problems was leaked excessive oil on top of manifold, the car has done 156,000 miles. I took off rocker the cover there was no leaked on rubber seal. Right the next level look into injection 2 out of 4 them were very messing in oil. I order new seal one is rubber, and white plastic with copper ring. I went replaced I could not believe all of injection did not have rubber seal, I think had problem with pervious owned mind did not replaced put new rubber seal in. Now I have complete but not sure what torque setting for 2 bolt between injection?
thanks

Re: Right torque setting for injection?
Not much...
Diesel injectors fixing pillar screws - Camshaft bearings covers Pre-tighten 0,5 daNm
Tightening 1 daNm
Injector mounting flange nut / Pillar screws (4) of the camshaft bearing cap casting Pre-tighten 0,4 daNm
Angular tightening 75°
It's VERY easy to snap off the stud by all accounts....
