Hi everyone ,
I have A problem with my 206 2.0hdi at the moment, the high pressure fuel pump is very noisy and needs changing I have bought a second hand one off eBay with warranty.
Just need some advice on how to change it, can it be done with pout removing cam belt this was only changed 2,000 miles ago

I don't think so as its directly driven by the belt and I don't think the pulley comes off, I certainly had to remove the belt to change mine. There is nothing difficult about it though as the pump is not timed, you only have to get the crankshaft/camshaft timing correct.
I had an XM some years ago that had three cambelts in about 10k miles. Shortly after the first time I changed it the water pump started leaking (lesson there) and shortly after the second time the head gasket went! So don't feel to bad about it.

Looking at some pics online it looks like the pulley can be separated from the pump well there's a nut anyway
