No,no... I mean that my cars name is Peugeot 306 style ! When I google it I find some styling products for the car , xenon lights etc. I am asking if there is an other name instead of "style" for my car such as SL, XT , DT.

This varies a lot depending on country.

If you want a random example (this does not apply here but I wanted to point it out)

UK models (new shape) are badged L (no badge) / LX / GLX , the *identical* car (even in RHD) sold elsewhere is badged XR/XT

MK1 (your shape / model) are badged:

XN (Base model)
XL , Base model plus central locking, sometimes not remote only manual key in door operation. Optional power steering, optional electric windows. Later have these.
XR , Midrange model. Remote cerntral Locking / Electric Front Windows / Power Steering all fitted. ABS optional.
XT , As XT plus a bit more. Rear electric windows, ABS more common. Rear headrests

Note: A 'D-Turbo' is actually an XRDT 3door. This was not sold here but it is common in LHD.

Your model: 'Style' , these are typically XN or XL based with Power Steering and Central Locking fitted.
Andy.

I should of mentioned the airbag. High models had this before low ones.

Do you have a tachometer / rev counter ?

XN had time clock / speedometer
XL / XR / XT etc have tachometer / speedometer and digital clock (clock in centre console)

That will be the deciding thing I think as the other items are (in theory) optional on XN mostly.

If you have a tachometer: You have an XL
If you do not have a tachometer: You have an XN

That's the XL panel. So your model is an XL with a different badge. If you can show me the seat / door panel trim that might help but I suspect that will be different for a 'style' anyway.

Only XT (possibly some XR) and XS have the temp in the clock as well.

That is correct though. :) , For France it tends to be badged 'XRDT' , same spec slightly different seats but otherwise about identical (apart from LHD/RHD)

What I am saying really is a D-Turbo badged car is equivalent to an XRDT, but UK models at least XR's are 5 door only. So if you wanted a 3door XRDT, you'd get a D-Turbo.

A/C rare on MK1 (UK models at least)

Standard drivers airbag, PAS, Electric Front Windows, Central Locking. ABS optional

Yes I can see.

A/C is more available in other countries (then we got it as well on more models about 1997)

You have 'XR' door panels although the seat trim does not match the UK XR trim design. I would suspect that you have what was an XL in effect with A/C. :)

I'm pretty sure that the 106 / 405 ones will fit these as you have the early infra-red single button 'pre-coded' unit.

Are there no 106 / 405's you can get one from ?

Very late 205's have this as well, about 1995 to 1997

Can you not find one on another Ebay (Ebay France/Germany etc) and see if they will ship to you ? I know its a bit of a risk though...
