Steering wheel squeak 306 hdi

The steering wheel has a squeak bearing as there no metal contacts the the horn.

The noise has come back recently and it's coming from the steering colum bearing area. I changed steering wheel a while ago custom boss one no air bag.

So can these bearings at the top of the steering colum be bought new or second hand?

I can see the bearing so it should be easy enough to remove and re fit?

Looking at the steering column it looks better to change the hole unit.

There any guides with pictures?
