Open wiring loom socket

Hi,

I need to replace a pin in one of the BSI connectors on my 206. The connectors are your standard multipin grey/black/green socket connector with a red sliding locking tab.

I sent an hour trying to crack one open without breaking it and I was unable.

Whats the trick?
