Dear Ektor,
Firstly, ( I must stress I not familiar with your type of gearbox )
Secondly, a question ( as your photo, whist it is good, it doesn,t show what I am looking for. ) how many " selector rods " does your gearbox have ? If I am thinking correct, I was expecting for there to be 3 x " selector rods "
The reason I was asking is that in your photo it still shows you still have a " selector fork " still fitted. I would have thought that you would need to remove all three of your selector rods complete with their corresponding selector forks ( and with their detent springs etc and the interlocking pin, between the selector rods ) before you would be able to strip
down the " mainshaft " to renew your faulty syncrohub.

Looking at your photo am I right in thinking that you have undone the nuts on the top of the shafts? assuming you have you need to knock the pin out of the selector fork and pise off the gear cluster with the selector fork. Be careful to keep everything together so that you don't have springs and balls flying in all directions. I'm not very familiar either with dismantling this gearbox but I've done at least 20 MA boxes (106,206 etc) which has a similar 5th arrangement.

A bit of a late reply but it looks like that's the same set-up as the BE3/5, in which case you do it like this (from about half way down the page):
