Its the whole pulley I'm afraid. The rubber part is not available on its own as far as I'm aware.
Has it done the usual of separating ?
Some 307 HDi pulleys are solid, not rubber centred, if that's any help. Although not official I've seen several 306 HDi's (yes I know you have a 206) fitted with a 307 solid pulley, with apparently no bad effects. Only downside is the initial cost.
