I have a 2000 306 HDi which I've had 18 months trouble free motoring out of. A few weeks ago the rear wiper began wiping twice just at random and wiping for ages after I sprayed the rear window.
About a week later the fuse for the rear wiper blew meaning the battery light came on, the electric windows stopped working and the light behind the clock went out. This led to a certain amount of stress being as I'm on one of the outer Hebrides on placement for 6 weeks and there's no peugeot dealer within hundreds of miles.
I have now unplugged the wiper motor and replaced the fuse so everything is back to normal but sadly I lack a rear wiper which makes life difficult in the weather out here. Do I need a new wiper motor or is there something else I should be doing first?
