finally got round to start the repairs
changing wings / bumper nd spraying them and sorting the rust...
and replaced 2 tyres and tracked up as well - who would have thought pot holes can throw it out that badly

Excellent work
I don't think I could ever attempt bodywork, spraying paint certainy takes skills I dont have
Potholes seem the main cause for misaligned wheels, usually it causes toe out but it looks like you might have had toe in on the front there.

Re: spraying my lil 806
I have to spray our 806 hopefully this summer as well. It's taken a beating from Mrs DNJ over the last few years. It's metallic silver though so won't be easy.
I got a 2hp compressor (with 50 litre tank) for £30 off of a friend which needed a repair (now done) and I bought a small touch up spray gun, as it's only a 2hp compressor.
I would quite like to put side steps on it to protect the sides a bit and make it easier to put stuff on the roof rack but no one seems to make them.
Fortunately there is no rust on it at all, just dents.

Re: spraying my lil 806
that rear strip above was bashed thatnks to a landrover - i was tempted to do the same thing - but , if i do an `amazing` job on the wings , then i`ll want to blow over the entire lot.....

Re: spraying my lil 806
I'd wetsand the wing using 2000 grit, then polish and it'll shine like new
