How do you get the automatic lights to work?

Post by shooey »

2003 Peugeot 307 SW 2.0 HDI SE 110

How do I get my automatic lights to work? Auto wipers seem easy enough.

I have button I can press in on the left-hand stalk of the steering wheel but i dont know what it does. The one on the right works the centre display (e.g. range, mpg, etc).

I thought the button might be for cruise control but I have no way of know if my car even has that feature.

Any ideas? Please say its cruise control... LOL!

I think if you put the ignition in position 1 and hold the left hand button in that you mentioned, a gong will sound and you will get the message "auto lights activated".
Takes a few seconds of holding it in.

I would have thought it might have cruise, being an SE model, though I don't know 307s very well.

If it has got cruise it will have a second stalk under the indicator stalk. Looks the same as the one for the radio on the wipers side. You might have noticed that so you probably dont have it.

However, im sure you will be able to have it fitted!
