Does anyone know the Head gasket torque and seqence?????
I am going to be using th thicker head gasket

think it might be 20nm then 120 then 120 degrees

That is correct.
Sequence (with engine in the car) is: top left to top right 8 4 1 5 9
bottom left to bottom right 7 3 2 6 10

the undooing sequence is ever decreasing circle from one end/either

re/fitting/torque

ever increasing circle from the two centre bolts,

i think the hayneeass BOL says 240 degrees,

which i think is best done in two stage's as you state 120 then 120,

also check the linner protrution as they need to sit proud of the block by so mant though,

I`me sure you are?but always use new head bolts and make sure the threads in the block are spotless.
