306 heater/blower fan
Hello, I have this Sreg diesel 306 pas, non-T... heater blower fan was working fine, cold wether, had it on most of time... next day, suddenly not working at all... dead. If anyone could suggest a reasonable start point on this one I woud be really grateful... is this a familiar problem? Cheers, P-N.

Do you have A/C ? (as the blow switch is different for air con models)
Firstly check fuses.
Next, look under passenger (I'm assuming RHD) dash area towards centre console. Possibly a bit of carpet trim in the way, you may be able to see the motor wiring (large thick leads) , check the plug has not melted (rare but its not unknown)
Assuming all OK there, remove passenger side scuttle trim (tip: Stop wipers fully upright) , and look in the air intake for the resistor unit, although if this fails generally it will still work on full speed.
