Brake Pipe Union Nut

Post by evilally »

I'm a little confused about the union nut that goes into the rear cylinders on my 405. They seem a bit bigger than the standard 10mm union nuts I've bought. Does anyone know what size these are and where to get them? No mention on Servicebox, and I don't see any other sizes readily available online.

I know this is no real help (it has been about 5 maybe 6 years though) but there's a choice of two sizes.

I think its 12mm if its not 10mm (certainly there is a choice of two I do remember that for what fits the cylinders)

Thanks Spider, 12mm it was. A local place had a couple in the miscellaneous drawer.
