406 kerbside door lights dont work

hi all this is my first post on this great site just wonder if anyone knew how to fix the courtesty door lights on a 406 gtx all the interior lights work fine but the kerdside ones dont i know my car is multiplex can anyone help cheers,karl :(

Check there are no broken wires in the looms between the A pillar and the door.
