Setting Date/Time without OE Radio

Hi, First Posting. Hope someone can help. Just got new Expert Tepee. Going to take the OE radio CD out to put in better system. Does anyone know what happens about setting the date/time, etc without the OE radio? Is there any way of doing it?

Any help would be appreciated.

just plug the old one back in to reset the dat & time, you only really need to do it twice a year really so not that big a problem.
